About Us
Colonal Roof Service was founded in 1984 and has been in the roofing business since that time with the same owners.
Colonial is family owned by Frank and Carol Dickinson who have resided in South Florida since 1960 and remain active in community affairs.
The company carries Liability Insurance with limits of $1,000,000,00 and $2,000,000,00 aggregate, as well as Workmen's Compensation Insurance on the employees. Our biggest asset is our roofing team, which have been trained to work together to provide our customers what we believe, is a truly superior product. We are members of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association, the better Business Bureau of South Florida and
well versed in all types of roofing. In addition we perform consulting
and roof inspections, roof cleaning and repairs.
